We bring our experience and knowledge directly to you in a series of on-site workshops and seminars. These events provide you with the skills and expertise to develop and grow your organizations and projects from within.
This three-day workshop provides the specific skills needed for attendees (e.g. NGO leadership and staff, governmental officials, business leaders, academics, community and religious leadership) to achieve knowledge and skills on the basic and finer points of strategic development, organizational development, fundraising, and grant writing, ensuring comprehensive and competitive organizational and funding strategies for the community and the organizations that serve those communities.
Students will learn the key concepts of strategic development, how to initiate and launch an NGO, how to develop a funding strategy, how to research and write grants, and how to most effectively develop their community organization, program or project. This course will be facilitated by Ms. Staci Smith, a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals and the American Grant Writers’ Association, with more than 25 years’ high-level experience in international development.
